Delivery is charged at at varied prices dependent on your product and sizings. Shipping will be automatically calculated at check-out. Our pricing ranges from £3.99 to £9.99. Shipping is free on orders over £150.00
Smaller items in stock are usually dispatched and within 24hrs of placing an order and Large item orders are dispatched and tracked via Palletways.
When a product if out of stock, we have a note in the description of the date we are next due to receive this item.
If you place multiple items in your order you may receive more than one delivery. Upon dispatch of your items you will receive a notification from the courier via email or text.
Over bank holidays and our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected, specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.
If your item is large such as a bed, sofa etc. please allow us 2 weeks for your item to arrive, we hold all stock however large items take a little more planning, logistically! We will however keep in contact with you throughout your order process through to delivery to maintain transparency.
Missed Deliveries (Large Items)
Please ensure that you enter your phone number at checkout to help our delivery providers to notify you of deliveries. If you miss a delivery you may be charge a re-delivery/return fee up to £100 depending on the value/size of the order. This will be determined by the courier who is making the delivery.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
